No such thing as a fast break

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
You need the protein to kick start your metabolism, the coffee to awaken your mind, and the hashbrown to put your mood in the right place.

But more often that not, the universe seems to conspire against you and there's a morning hamburgler out there to confound you. There's a fine line between a nourishing, soul bolstering meal and 10:31AM.
