I'm looking forward to being a father some day. Raising a son in my image, living out my unfulfilled dreams through him, shaping him to be a great man to carry on my legacy. A good rule of parenting, keep your kid under your thumb and perpetually in your shadow. You want to become a doctor? No can do, kiddo, that's not what I wanted to be.
And there's nothing wrong with hedging your bets a little. One kid might not turn out the way you wanted him to, but maybe another will. DNA's a plenty, so why not make twenty? After all, the children are our future
